Work on improving flexibility in your legs, hips, shoulders and back to further advance your technique in chest stands. You will need some wall space, a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and a chair or couch!

Skill requirements: Acro experience, Bridge 30 seconds, Handstand facing the wall 30 seconds, an understanding of square splits.
